a few bits and bobs

I have acquired a green tarp to cover the rear of the boat due to water ingress - it is too big and there are not enough eyelet holes - will update when solution found - good job it is not windy at the moment.
I bought a cheap eyelet machine off ebay for a couple of quid - fair to say you get what you pay for - so back to the drawing board.
There was a lot of passing boat traffic today presumably due to the better weather, end of maintenance period and half term - shame most of em don't slow down!
While having a moan, there are a lot of continuous moorers in Findern at the moment, and the boats and their owners look a bit worse for wear - shouldn't judge a book by its cover but it is a bit intimidating. Hopefully they will move on soon.
